• •If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
• •You represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

• •MacroFamily provides AI-powered meal planning, nutrition tracking, grocery management, and recipe generation.
• •The app is provided on a freemium model with optional paid subscriptions for enhanced features.
• •We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• •You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• •You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

• •You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access data belonging to other users; interfere with the app's operation; reverse engineer or decompile the app; or use automated tools to scrape data.
• •You are solely responsible for the content you create (meal plans, logs, recipes) and its accuracy.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• •Paid plans (Basic, Premium, Family) are billed monthly through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in the app and on the landing page.
• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• •You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• •Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store, Google Play Store, or our payment provider, as applicable.
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the next renewal.

• •MacroFamily uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, recipes, and nutrition estimates.
• •AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your dietary needs.
• •You are responsible for verifying nutritional information and ensuring recipes are safe for your allergies and dietary restrictions.
• •AI nutrition estimates from photos are approximate and should not replace professional dietary or medical advice.

• •The app's design, code, branding, and features are owned by MacroFamily and protected by intellectual property laws.
• •Content you create (meal plans, logs, custom recipes) remains yours.
• •AI-generated recipes and meal plans are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
• •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without our written permission.

• •The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• •We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
• •Nutrition information is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes.

• •To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroFamily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• •Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• •We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated nutrition or recipe content.

• •You agree to indemnify and hold MacroFamily harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

• •You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger Zone.
• •We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
• •Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

• •These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• •Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

• •We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app.
• •Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
